Is IT Time Travel?
Intro
Welcome back to the blog with the fast talk about the flash; today we are talking about if you haven't guessed time travel. This is one of the most confusing things ever to go over so today I'm not going to talk about the TV show Flash from CW, the comics have way too many timelines to go over so I will link the YouTube video to a description of that timeline. Without further ado let's catch up to speed SPOILER WARNING.
Speed
How? To tell you how this wacky timeline even works or was made we have to talk about the source which is his speed. The flashes speed is incredible and since we are going off the tv show today here’s how it happens. In order for the flash to run through time he must reach approximately Mach 2 which in non-scientific terms is 1534.54 miles (about 2469.6 km) per second that is insane and all my guy doc needed was 1.21 jigawatts which is a lightning bolt, a dope ride, and Marty. But back to the Flash, flash must also maintain a thought of what time he wants to go to and look out for the black flash. He uses the speed force to help him travel through time even though the speed force does not like it.
How It Begins
In the begging we have a normal timeline Berrys mother lives a lovely life, this thing called the particle accelerator goes off and makes berry the flash he does great and in the year 2051 Eobard Thawne becomes the reverse-flash. This is where everything kicks off in the show Eobard goes back in time kills Barrys Mother and gives us this elaborated timeline we have now where Eobard gets stuck kills this guy named doctor wells and takes his identity. Now I know you might be thinking how he could possibly do that well he is from the future he knows everything about this person and knows that this person is the smartest person alive to the point that he knows that Wells built the accelerator. And so, it starts to unfold he builds the accelerator instead of the actual Wells plans for Berry to become the flash and so it unravels again.
Berrys mothers Death (Nora)
With the timeline altered to the bending of the reverse flash I will need to state that the reverse flash still has his speed but not a lot of it or more so not that much control of it because he has so little. The timeline continues Berry gets struck by lightning becomes the flash gets trained by the reverse-flash Wells and not OG Wells and everything is supposed to be perfect according to the Reverse-Flash but the flash ends up finding the truth about who killed his mom learns that the reverse flash is his arch enemy and he starts to hate reverse-flash. Then the adoptive dad who is known as Joe West one of the best detectives ever starts to put the pieces together. Joe then try's to subtlety interrogate Wells but obviously he gets nothing but then Wells messes up by threating his daughters life and showing up in his home. Slowly as time goes on Joe tries to tell Berry that Wells is the Reverse Flash but he doesn't want to listen because he trained him but when teaching Berry how to phase one day it hits Berry. So continuing in the Noras death time line berry learns he can run into the past and in that time an engineer name Cisco tries to figure out why when they tried to trap the reverse flash it didn’t work and Wells pulls up and kills but not after Berry accidentally running back into the past a day and saves cisco and doesn’t knew it god I am need a YT Video for this but overall They find out Wells is reverse flash erases him from existence so they think.
Flashpoint
Flash point is the term used when the flash set alternate time line where his parents are alive because in season 2 Zoom kills his dad. Reverse flash from the future gets trapped with the flash and the flash starts to fade out of existence because of this thing called the time paradox. This is very confusing I know but to sum it up is Berry doesn’t put things back he's going to disappear he also made the speedster kid flash and the rival while making flash point. But when he realizes he has to let reverse flash back to the past to kill his mother. In doing so you can not put the time line back to how it was so he has made a time remnant who was not loved because everyone told him he is not berry and created Savitar a “ speed God” I hate narcissist but he also makes killer frost along with a few other people you would just have to watch and see. So in flash point he ends' up finding out that the love of his life is going to die aka Ires West who he marries and turns to Ires West-Allen; with this information he stops at nothing using kid flashes help along with another speedster named jessie quick and running to the future to try and stop it. In doing so they find key events to prevent her death and end up saving but not without somebody dying. Forgot to mention that Savitar was keeping the speed force under control and when defeating him it was all out of Wack and Berry decides to sacrifice his life to stop the speed force. Good ending and a good season in my opinion lots of plot twist.
The final race
This is the end of the blog where I tell you how he is supposed to end which is known as the final race or the finish line So Berry or the flash is supposed to vanish in crisis no matter what happens a flash must die but here’s the best part its known as crisis on infinite earths and I recommend you watch the video I link that’s a hard to explain to not keep you here long so this is a quick down and dirty of this time line which I will have some videos to better explain if you are interested in learning more about it. Overall youd probably be here forever so videos are your best bet but if you like reading I have some for you as well and as always stay quick and don’t forget Doc Brown was the first to do it so yes it is time travel!!!!
