Comics Vs Live Action
Comics Vs Live Action
Intro
Welcome back to the speeding talks about the flash and today we are going to talk about the comics vs the live action stuff. We all know that there is always some sort of hate towards the live action view of things. I never really understood why people used to hate so much on the movies and shows. Me personally I like both comics and the shows and movies, some of the things that kind of set me off are the shows when they twist the plot, but I can't do much because they are trying to make a profit. So without further ado lets get started!
Comics
I've talked about the comics before and I love them; I never really got into the comics as a little kid but I have always loved to read them when I went to the library or anything. When it comes to the comics I feel is the main source of everything how the tv shows get their Ideas and know what to go off of, For sakes they even put in the shows based off the DC comics. I love the comics because they have the original feeling to them I like the base theory of how things kicked off. What I don't like about the comics is that they are hard to follow. you read one issue then the next is like yea new version of flash like dang one minute I was reading about Berry Allen's flash in issue 124 and issue 125 I'm reading about Wally West flash. This is one of the reasons I like the tv shows and movies I feel they have an easier plot to follow and guide with. The only thing that you don't get is that felling of having the paper in your hand of a new limited edition comic that just came out. overall they have a good felling just hard to follow and track along with the money you have to spend.
Live actions-TV show
The live action movies and tv shows is what made me a fan of the flash. The CW flash played by Grant Gustin is by far my favorite up to season 4. The CW flash which is the tv show not to be confused with the other animated shows and episodes. The CW makes so much easier to follow but it changes a lot about the comics; of course they have a right to because they are trying to make money but to new people who want to watch or learn some type of base knowledge of the flash. The CW flash gives a good understanding to how the timeline of things go just remember they are not accurate. This is just the tv show it goes over the multiverse theory and how the time travel work but I am G do my own spin off of it and how I portray it. The tv show also actually brings in the OG actors of the flash from the movie.
Live action-moves
The movies are the gold mines well at least the first one. The first one came out in 1990 and is a gold mine of the first live portraying of the flash from the comics. Played by John Wesley Shipp as the flash who played him really well. I also think that it is really cool that they bring him into the CW version of the flash along with the villain in that movie who is played by Luke Skywalker or Mark Hamill; as a big star wars fan I loved that. I also love the first three movies they give an original taste to things. The movie actors appear in the CW show and I thought it was one of the best appearances ever. Overall the movie and the tv show come together and when or if you watch the CW one you will see why. Plus I do not count the movies with Ezra Miller I think he runs weird and he is a weird guy so yea he doesn't count.
Conclusion
The flash is one of my favorite super heroes. I will proceed to stand right by my decision and hold my ground in my opinion no one is better or faster thank you for reading and ill see you in a flash... see what I did there.
